It is important to know the camera only works with 2.4Ghz WiFi. If what you have is a dual-band router that has combines 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz into single WiFi, you will have to log in to your router and give an independent name to 2.4Ghz WiFi, otherwise, the camera will not work.

Also, the camera is not waterproof, please sealed the roof and protect the camera from the rain.
