Sorry to tell you that we have no authority to change the shipping address.
 
Don’t worry, the UPS may try to obtain another delivery address by contacting you.
 
Or you can try to deliver to another address by following the instruction on the UPS tracking website. Please see the attached pictures for reference.
 
The other option is you can call UPS to change the delivery address directly.
