I apologize for the delay. This is Letitia from the support team. 

The camera is on the way to the Hermes by air. It is taking a longer time than usual because of Covid-19. The logistics are slow. Once you see the update, it needs about 3-5 days before you will receive the parcel.

I think Hermes should receive the items by the end of this week, and you may receive the camera in the middle of next week. 

Once you receive the camera successfully, we will offer you a 10% discount (refund).

 I will keep my eyes on the delivery status.
