We would like to provide 10% discount as compensation. The money will be returned to you after you receive the camera successfully.
 
Actually, we indeed have arranged your order within two days. The reason you receive the tracking information beyond 48 hours might be the orders are overload for the warehouse to process because of the Coronavirus. 
 
If you just don’t want to keep the camera, you can issue an RMA request after you receive the package.
