Sorry for keeping you waiting. This is Letitia from Green Backyard support team.
 
We have kept urging the logistic company, but due to the Corona virus, the DHL warehouse is being overloaded now, and the package is line up to wait for DHL’s notification to hand over. So the time takes longer than usual before it is picked up by the DHL.
 
It might take 1-3 days before it is picked by the DHL, and generally you will receive the package in 1-3 days once it is picked by the DHL.
 
The delivery status will be updated when it arrived in the USA.
