Thanks for your contact.
The camera doesn’t have a password while you receive it. If you have added the password to the camera, you will need that password to connect the camera across different devices. It is not the password of iCSee app. It is the password you have saved to the camera.
If you can’t remember the password, you will have to reset the camera. There is a reset button hidden under the rear. Please take off the two screws at the rear, you should find a reset button.
Now power up the camera, wait until you hear the click sound.
Next Depress the reset button and hold it for 15 seconds and release.
Take off the power, and put back two screws. The camera is being reset. There is no password with the camera after you power it up.

I apologize for the issue.
Here are two things I would like you to double-check.
1.Can you please power up the camera and listen closely, see whether you can hear the camera making any clicks or not? You suppose to hear the camera making a clicking sound a couple of seconds after you power up the camera. That is very important because it means the camera has booted up successfully. The click sounds is the last step during the camera’s boot-up.
2.If there is no click sound, please bring the camera to a very dark place, and use your mobile phone’s camera to shoot to the front of the nest box camera, see whether you can find the 4 purple dots or not.
If you do hear the click sound, please follow the below is instruction to turn on the camera’s internal WiFi.
Please power up the camera and wait… until you hear the camera making the click sound.
Next, press the reset button three times (Video: https://youtu.be/LhqjA0BSYRU), wait for around one minute, and go to check your mobile phone’s WiFi setting. If the IPC_*** doesn’t appear, please turn off the phone WiFi and turn it on to have a new search. If you still don’t see the WiFi, please press three times again, but do it fast this time.

You can’t live stream the video to YouTube directly. Youtube only accepts RTMP video streaming and the IP camera provides RTSP video.
You will need the solution to convert RTSP to RTMP before you can upload the video. You may google [IP camera + RTSP + YOUTUBE]. You should find plenty of information.
The below is the possible solution.
1.OBS station + PC computer or XSplit https://green-backyard.com/help-live-stream-bird-watching-on-mac-youtube/. 2. Synology NAS 3. Blue iris.
