忘记WiFi摄像机密码

 I apologized for the issue – Here Steve from the support team.

 The camera has no password in default (empty). Otherwise, the app should have instructed you to add the new password to the camera while you try to set up the camera with your home WiFi for the first time. The below is the video guide. Maybe I can help you recall the password. It is the step after the radar scan stop. You should have input the password twice. https://green-backyard.com/pages/hook-up-birdhouse-camera-to-wifi/ 

If you don’t remember the password, I am afraid you will have to reset the camera which will dis-connect the camera from your home WiFi. Once you have done the reset, the camera will no longer connect to your home WiFi anymore.
