 I apologized for the issue – Here Steve from the support team. 

I think the camera has been set to too high resolution. The attached please find the guide to change the resolution and frame per second of your camera. Please follow the guide to change the setting. I can help you to change the setting remotely if you allow me. I will need the camera’s ID and the password you have added to the camera.
