Thanks for your update. I can tell the mist has entered the lens. 

The attached please find the image for reference. We can send you the lens to replace. However, it will take pretty long before you receive it.

There is another solution. You can order the lens from Amazon, and we will refund you. Just need to send me the receipt.

This is the lens which can work with the camera.
