Here we have soft reset the camera password. Here please please find the guide for reference. Here are two things I would like to highlight. 

1. You will need to keep the app running on your PC until the reset is done, because every time you open the app, the machine code will change.

Please let me know the machine code if you want to use soft reset, I will provide the password to match your machine code.
