The software can’t discover the camera in the local network. Here is something I would like you to double check.
1. Can you please make sure both camera and the computer stay within the same router? If you have make the segment for your network, the camera may can’t receive the discover message from CMS5
2. please double check the anti-virus software. Sometimes, Windows 10 may block the CMS5 broadcast message. So the camera can’t receive the message from CMS5, and it will not show on the list.
3. The last thing you can try is you can manually add the camera to CMS5 by using the cloud ID. You should find the cloud ID on iCSee app. There is a manual add option at the bottom left screen.
