确认2.4G 和 5.8G

I don’t think 2.4Ghz will slow down your WiFi.

The internet speed depends on the ISP provider. There is no difference unless you have 10G internet connection or you have huge WiFi devices connecting to your WiFi router. 

In fact, the 2.4Gh has better penetration to the walls. You can check your mobile phone. Some mobile phones may have displayed the frequency of current WiFi. Usually the dual band router supports both 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz. You just need to give different names to separate them from each other.  However, Some WiFi routers combine both 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz in a single name which makes the camera can’t tell the difference.

 I guess you can see the camera’s internal WiFi right? The attached I sent you the optional guide, you may see whether this guide may help you connect the camera to your home WiFi, but it still settles down the 5.8Ghz WiFi.
