 You should wire a DC power cord to the closed outlet for continuous powering the camera. You also can choose the battery but you may need to recharge the battery constantly. Except for power sources, I would like you to check the WiFi coverage around your nest box and make sure it is strong. Otherwise you can use a PLC adaptor to extend your WiFi coverage.
