 I apologized for the issue – Here Steve from the support team. 

Is it possible you can provide me the camera’s ID and the password you have added to the camera? I want to check the camera’s setting remotely. Here is the guide to find the camera’s ID, you can send me the full screenshot. (https://green-backyard.com/pages/how-to-share-birdhouse-camera-with-your-family-and-friends/) It is the password you add to the camera, not the password of your iCSee app I need.
