I am afraid you can’t embed the camera on the web page directly. You can grab the standard resolution snapshot by using the http URL, while the users fresh the page, they will receive the latest snapshot. You will need to host the video somewhere before you can embed to the webpage. 

Here we have work around, You need a PC server running to upload the live video to YouTube, then embed in your webpage.
