I guess you have no problem watching live video from the camera. You only have problems reproducing the recording files.
If this is the case, Firstly, I would check the camera’s time. If it doesn’t match your local time, please sync the time with your mobile phone. The below is the instruction for reference. https://green-backyard.com/pages/how-to-set-birdhouse-cameras-time/ If the time matches, but it still doesn’t see the recording files, please provide me the camera’s ID, I will check the camera’s setting remotely.
