Thanks for your email. This is Steve from the support team. 

I apologized for the issue – Here we have an optional way to connect your camera to your home WiFi network. It doesn’t involve the camera’s internal WiFi. You simply need to reset the camera. (actually you should make sure the camera’s internal WiFi doesn’t present after you reset the camera).
