Thanks for your message. This is Steve from the support team.  

The camera supports most 32GB & 64GB micro SD cards and some of the 128GB micro SD cards such as the Sandisk 128GB A1 which we have tested. The reason is SD introduced a new files system after 128GB but some models are backward compatible. 

Here is the guide to install the micro SD card, please be sure you have power off the camera before you insert the micro SD card.
