You can’t connect the camera by using the smart TV directly. However, there is a workaround, but we can’t guarantee it works with each TV, because the operation system is quite different from the TV operating system.

Firstly, you will need to install a VLC player. You may try to install the VLC player on your smart TV.https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-android.html

Next, use the RTSP command below to connect the bird box camera on through VLC player. please replace your camera’s IP address. If you have added the password to the camera, fill the password as well. The username has been filled with admin.

example: rtsp://192.168.1.10:554/user=admin&password=&channel=1&stream=0.sdp?real_stream

If it doesn’t work out, you may verify the RTSP command on your mobile phone (android or iOS). The RTSP command should work with VLC players on the mobile device.
