We will provide free repair service for the product. The attached please find the RMA address for reference.

You will have to pay for the postage to return the item, once we finish repair, we will send the camera back to you, and we will take charge of the postage of sending back the item.

Please provide me the tracking number after you ship it out. I will keep my eyes on it.
